Why Fully Managed?
We update your website as and when you need it. You inform us of any changes either via our live support system for by leaving us a support ticket. We then worry about updating your website, you tell us what you want done and we figure out how, letting you get on with your life.
Why do you offer this, it sounds like a lot of work for you?
Well, we like to work with local business and organisations and we have found that the majority of our customers don’t have time to manage their website and many don’t have the knowledge of how to update their site. So as part of our promise to offer excellent service to all customers we decided to only offer fully managed designs at no extra cost.
How long will I be waiting for you to update my site?
As of yet we haven’t had a situation where we can’t update the site within an hour of receiving the update request.
How many updates can I ask you to do in one week?
Well we worked out that we will offer free updates for the first 10 hours of work we do on your website per month. 10 hours of work is a long time and would equate to updating nearly 100 pages in a month. If we have to do more than 10 hours of updates in one month we will charge £10 an hour for any further updates.
Can you stock my online shop for me?
Yes we can completely stock your online shop with all your products.
Can you visit my shop to take pictures of my stock?
Yes, we can visit your store to catalogue all your stock and get it online. We will visit you for free if you are within our free visit area, if not we will have to charge for the journey. To see if you qualify for a free visit, click here.
